House Renovation in Ngaio

Interior and exterior refurbishing work on this 1960's home included kitchen and bathroom remodelling, the addition of a second toilet, as well as the renewal and relocation of the hot water system allowing more space in the main bathroom. Large trees behind the home which shaded the master bedroom were heavily trimmed, and a lighter colour scheme allowed a once dark room to become light and bright again. Landscaping of the rear garden provided a pleasant low maintenance outdoor area.
