House Renovation in Ngaio

Extensive renovations to this very original 1920's home included the removal of the old brick chimney and wall separating the living and kitchen areas to create an open plan living space, fully insulated and new Gib plasterboard throughout, all new wiring and plumbing, new kitchen, new main bathroom, and a second bathroom added to create a fresh interior, along with painting of the exterior.
